Have a Mary Christmas

We finish up our Advent series, “HAVE A MARY CHRISTMAS”, by discovering the power of “reflection” on the person, promises and work of God.  This is an important part of finding the meaning of Christmas for us and for the world.  Pastor Jim Renke will encourage us to think deeply about the coming of Christ and consider the implications for our lives and our world.

First Hour:  This January, Matthew Eppinette, the  Executive Director for the Center of Bioethics & Human Dignity  at TEDS, will be leading a class on The Basics of Bioethics for Believers. Classes begin on 01/12 at 9:00 a.m. and end on 02/09. Topics covered include:

                        01/26 Abortion

                        02/02 Reproductive Technologies

Dr. Eppinette (PhD Theology, Fuller Theological Seminary) is an Affiliate Professor of Bioethics at TEDS, with nearly two decades of experience in the bioethics field. He is interested in how culture and film address bioethics, and co-wrote/produced on several bioethics documentaries.
