Women of VCL are invited to join us for the last night of “Nights of Encouragement.” If you haven’t been able to make it to the previous nights, that’s okay. Right after the service on Sunday, head across the street to Whytegate Park for our Annual Church Picnic. We’ve got tons of great picnic food, games for everyone to enjoy, and the best company in the world.

Join us for a time of honoring Christ’s death with our Good Friday Tenebrae Service. Led by our Village Voices Choir, we will have a time of reflectiveness for the one who paid the biggest sacrifice on our behalf.

Christmas is not always an easy season to go through. It can often be a reminder of whom or what we have lost. Please join us for a special service, Wednesday, December 20th, as we take time to mourn and be with others who are in mourning.

Come enjoy an amazing night of Christmas cheer on December 15th. Hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be served as you enjoy music from the Lakeland Madrigal Singers. Tickets are $15 a person and go on sale November 19th after the church service. You can also purchase tickets at the church office during the week.

All Young Adults! VCL is hosting the very first Young Adults Friendsgiving Potluck! This coming Sunday, join the young adults of VCL for some great games, food and fellowship. Ladies, you are invited to our November Saturday Gathering where we will be looking at the decision points in living COURAGEOUSLY. Our group discussion will focus on how Biblical women, Esther, Abigail, Priscilla and the Hebrew midwives in Egypt used their empowered voice to change the story. We will discover how our voice matters and carries weight. Evy Stamoolis will be sharing a changing point in her life that impacted her heart and soul.
