Children are important at Village Church. We hope to give them a community of faith in which to belong and grow. Through our first-hour classes, Children’s messages, and Children’s worship experiences, we pray that the seeds of faith will be planted.

Middle school through High school aged youth are encouraged to be an integral part of life at Village Church. We invite them to serve on various teams, using their gifts and abilities. We include them in classes and worship. And we offer them opportunities to grow in their faith through our Wednesday Youth Group.

Our “Hour in the Word” classes happen Sunday mornings between 9am and 10am. These are adult classes that engage us in the truth of God’s Word. Each seeks to challenge and encourage us in life-changing theology and faithful practice of our Christian faith.

Growth Groups are small groups that spend time getting to know each other in order to do life together. Living our faith in Jesus calls for us to shift our ways and our allegiances. We believe this happens most effectively, in healthy, life-giving relationships. In our groups, we support, encourage and challenge one another toward the goal of Christ-likeness.

Throughout the year, we have events that are more than just “things to do.” These are opportunities to grow in relationship, to connect with community and experience our unity as the larger church family. Picnics, fellowship dinners, concerts and seasonal celebrations all contribute to our life together as God’s people at Village Church.

Everything we do together is done with an openness toward meeting new friends and including them in our life together. Whether you’ve been part of a church family before, or are just trying this on for the first time, we want you to know the joy of belonging.
